"Good spot for spare parts"
I needed a replacement part for my WowGo board and ended up finding it on wowgoboard.com quickly. I wasnt expecting them to have that many parts listed, so that was a nice surprise.

Shipping was okay, not the fastest but it got here fine. A few things were out of stock which was a little annoying, so Id give it 4 stars overall

"Smooth start and a nice little confidence boost"
I picked up my WowGo board last month, and so far it’s been great. The takeoff feels really smooth and doesn’t jerk me forward much, which was a big relief. It took me a few rides to get fully comfortable, but now I’m cruising around much more confidently. Small win for me: I finally made it through my usual route without feeling nervous the whole time

"Arrived much sooner than I thought"

"Decent board, but the support wore me out"
The board itself was fine overall, but trying to get help was frustrating. I was already feeling mentally drained, and having to wait days for replies didn’t help. When they finally got back to me, they didn’t really answer my question the first time, so I had to keep following up. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the customer service definitely needs some work.

"Decent battery, but it makes you plan a bit"
The battery range is okay, but I do wish it lasted longer. It’s not a dealbreaker for everyday use, though it does make me a little more mindful about when and where I charge. In a way, it’s fine if you’re just using it around town, but for longer days out, I’d definitely want a bit more range for peace of mind.

"Actually faster than I thought"
I got my board from wowgoboard.com and the top speed surprised me a bit. It takes off quick and still feels stable when I’m going faster, which was kind of what I was hoping for. I’m mostly just using it to cruise around town, not trying to race anyone or anything, but so far it’s been really fun. I don’t really have any major complaints, unless maybe... I don’t know, it’s been good.

"Nice flex, but kinda soft"
Feels really nice under my feet, and the flex in the deck definitely helps when I’m riding over rough paths. I just kinda wish it was a little stiffer when I’m going faster.

"I bought this from wowgoboard.com a few..."
I bought this from wowgoboard.com a few months ago and I’ve been riding it pretty much every day since. It’s got a few scratches now, which is expected, but it still runs great. Battery life has been solid and the wheels are holding up way better than I thought they would. Weirdly, I remember the day it arrived because there was a single bright orange leaf stuck to the box, no idea why that stuck in my head. Overall, it’s been tougher than I expected and I’m still really happy with it.

"Feels solid when I’m riding"
It feels really steady under my feet. Even when I’m making faster turns, the board doesn’t get wobbly or sketchy. It just stays balanced, which makes riding feel a lot more comfortable.

"Solid brakes, with a small learning curve"
I ordered my board from WowGo Board, and the brakes are definitely one of the better parts of the ride. They feel solid and controlled, which is reassuring, especially when I’m riding around the city.
Going downhill, it slows down smoothly instead of grabbing too hard or feeling jerky. That said, it did take me a ride or so to get a feel for how much pressure to use, so I wouldn’t say it felt perfect right away.

Now that I’m used to it, I trust the braking a lot more and feel safer riding in traffic or crowded areas. Overall I’m happy with it, even if there was a slight adjustment period at the start.

"Trucks feel loose, really loose"
The board itself is okay, but the trucks just aren’t doing it for me. After only a few rides, they started feeling loose and wobbly, like, really wobbly. I tried adjusting them a couple times, but it didn’t really fix the issue. The turns feel way too soft for my liking, and once you get going a little faster, it just doesn’t feel safe, doesn’t feel safe at all. It might be fine for slower cruising around, but for the price, I expected the trucks to perform better.

"I’ll give it credit, it charges quicker than..."
I’ll give it credit, it charges quicker than I expected. I plugged my board in after work and it was ready before I even finished dinner, which was surprising. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and the charging time has stayed consistent. That said, I was kind of disappointed overall because I expected to be more impressed with it beyond just the fast charging. It’s nice not having to wait all night, but I wish the rest of the experience felt as solid.

"Warranty help was actually decent"
I had a warranty issue and reached out by email, then sent over my receipt when they asked for it. It took a few emails back and forth, but they were helpful and got it sorted out without too much hassle.

"Really solid packaging, especially for shipping"
My board showed up packed way better than I expected. For something that can easily get dinged up in transit, the padding was solid and everything was wrapped neatly with no loose parts or dents. I was a little worried about shipping damage, but in my case it arrived completely fine. Happy with how it was handled
